Yes of course but it turns out that it is still in development and the missions are not complete They are releasing them from time to time as updates and you must purchase them through patreon and I think you already know how it is with patreon

The browser version doesn't work for me either. You can download the game tho. Just make sure to run the exe file as admin. I wouldn't recommend playing this game yet tho since it's still under development. I would rather play it when it is released so you don't spoiler yourself

The game isn't released yet so you can't play the full game yet. If you sub to the patreon you can play the latest version but it often has a lot of bugs. My recommendation is to just wait for the release

Yes, you'll get that storyline and more as the Patreon version right now heavily surpasses the steam version. Kind of sad that it does but definitely worth the $2
